These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Auto Elite Transports, including but not limited to vehicle shipping, quotes, online transactions, and communications.
By using our website or requesting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Auto Elite Transports acts as a licensed and insured auto transport coordination company.
We arrange transportation through a network of trusted, vetted, and insured carriers across the United States.
We ensure your vehicle is handled with professionalism, care, and compliance with all federal transportation regulations.

3. Quotes and Bookings

  • All quotes provided are based on the details submitted through our website or by phone.

  • Quotes are non-binding until confirmed in writing and may vary due to factors such as vehicle size, distance, location type, and fuel costs.

  • Once confirmed, a booking deposit may be required to secure carrier availability.

  • Any changes in pickup or delivery details may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

4. Payments

  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and authorized online transactions.

  • All balances must be paid in full prior to or upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once a carrier has been assigned and the order is confirmed.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in service cancellation.

5. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

  • The customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport, including removing personal items and ensuring the car is in safe, drivable condition (unless noted otherwise).

  • A pre-transport inspection will be performed and recorded by the carrier at pickup and delivery.

  • Auto Elite Transports and its carriers are not liable for damages caused by mechanical failures, leaks, battery issues, or pre-existing conditions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made before a carrier is assigned may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Once a carrier is dispatched, cancellation fees will apply, and deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing to info@autoelitetransports.com.

7. Insurance Coverage

  • All carriers used by Auto Elite Transports are required to maintain active cargo and liability insurance as per federal law.

  • Insurance coverage applies only to the vehicle during transport and does not include personal belongings or aftermarket accessories left inside the vehicle.

  • Customers are encouraged to verify the carrier’s insurance documentation before pickup.

8. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, as transport logistics depend on weather, traffic, and scheduling factors.

  • Customers will be contacted in advance for both pickup and delivery scheduling.

  • The customer (or an authorized representative) must be present at both locations to sign inspection reports and release forms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Auto Elite Transports is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Damage or loss caused by acts of nature, vandalism, theft, or mechanical failure.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transport service.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle, pickup, and delivery details.

  • Remove personal items from the vehicle prior to shipment.

  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your transport schedule.

  • Ensure the vehicle is ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Policy Updates

Auto Elite Transports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
All updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
